On this week’s show Pastor Joe Schimmel discusses how to have victory over evil thoughts that often times are put there by our adversary the devil. “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12). However, we can have victory through Jesus Christ. “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8b).

Awesome teaching on Victory over Evil Thoughts part 1. Can’t wait to hear part 2. It was so informative and actually was a confirmation to a situation very near and dear to my heart. My son whom I want to say I am blessed to have in my lie is suffering from Schitzophrenia/Bipolar and has even dabbled with drugs and yet he loves the Lord and wants to be set free. I many times feel like Job. Praying and keeping the faith and even saying in prayer, Lord your will be done not mine. Awesome teaching pastor. Thank you.
